LOCTITE 242 is a methyl acrylate-based universal threadlocker with medium strength and viscosity for metal threads. It has a fast fixture time and the liquid stays in place and does not leak after application. This locking compound can be used on steel, brass and stainless steel and the connections can be dismantled with standard hand tools.
