Cleaning new hydraulic hoses with a projectile is important to remove manufacturing residues, contaminants and dirt that may accumulate during production, storage or transport. This prevents damage to sensitive components due to fouling and ensures reliable operation and longer life of the hydraulic system. The Eco Launcher gun, with its special nozzles allows for easy ejection of cleaning projectiles.

  • The starter kit is suitable for cleaning pipes and hoses with an internal diameter of DN3 to DN32 (1/8" to 1 1/4").
  • Quick and gentle method of dry cleaning all types of contaminated pipes and hoses.
  • A cleaning plug, which is shot into the pipe with compressed air, removes oil and dirt residue with ease.
  • 5.5 to 7.5 bar air pressure required
  • Compressed air system with a supply unit incorporating a 5-micron filter and pressure regulator with gauge.
  • Nominal diameter of the air hose to be connected min. 1/2" (12mm)
