Bruce has a great understanding of the farming industry and has seen the economic and political changes that have affected it firsthand. His experience as a farm hand during the 2009 harvest in the UK shows his work ethic and willingness to learn serves him well.

Gene has 35 years of experience in hydraulics bringing a wealth of experience to the company. He has been assessed to become a BFPA Trainer and now runs the Hydraulics Kramp Academies for Kramp UK. His commitment to helping others and selling to different industries shows he has a great understanding in what their customer’s needs.

Adam has over 12 years of experience, with a 1-year contract farming in Australia. He brings a unique set of skills having worked as a fully qualified Agri engineer. His areas of expertise include Transmission & Hydraulics.

Andy has been with Kramp for an impressive 42 years, having started as an apprentice Agri Engineer from school in January 1979. Throughout their time with Kramp, Andy has taken on a variety of roles showing his ability to adapt with new challenges.

As a product specialist, John provides expert guidance and support to ensure our customers have access to the advice and products. His area of expertise is tractors and machinery to support customers with their agricultural needs and operations.

Antony has been with Kramp for over 9 years and is responsible for looking after all aspects of transmission. He is also one of the Kramp’s PTO academy trainers, showing his ability to teach and share his knowledge with others easily.

As the key accounts manager for the UK region, Leo brings over 6 years’ experience at Kramp. With the commitment to building relationships and understanding customer needs. His favourite aspect is the opportunity to learn something new and interesting about customers and the farming community everyday.

Stephen is committed to providing exceptional service to out partners in his region south and southwest. He offers expert advice on our wide range of assortment and provides tailored solutions to customers specific needs.

Thomas is an account manager looking after the North of England, with over 3 years of experience. He has a keen eye to detail and is passionate about supporting his customers’ businesses while helping them achieve their goals

Tom is an account manager for South and Central bringing his agricultural background and experience from working on farms and managing a successful farmer-owned cooperative grain store.

With over 2 years experience, Neil is an Account Manager in East Midlands and East Anglia who is committed to supporting British farmers and the groundcare industry. His favourite part of the job is meeting new people and empowering them to drive their dealerships forward.

John is responsible for overseeing the UK and Ireland region at Kramp and he’s been with the company since June 2022. As a retail consultant in the business, his focus is to help people develop their businesses, and John finds this really rewarding.

Gary is responsible for overseeing the UK and Ireland region as a retail consultant. With a start date in March 2023, they are new to their role but eager to make a positive impact. His favourite part of the job is getting out and meeting customers, working closely with them to create a professional retail destination and maximise their sales.

Karolina is responsible for overseeing all of UK and Ireland as a business solutions specialist and brings over 9 years of experience to Kramp. She is passionate about her job and enjoys the unique challenges that each day presents. Making customers happy and simplifying their lives is a source of satisfaction for her while striving to achieve positive results.
