LOCTITE 274 is a medium-strength acrylic threadlocker based on dimethacrylate ester. This product is designed for securing and sealing threaded fasteners that normally need to be dismantled with standard hand tools. It cures in the absence of air when sealed between closely fitting metal surfaces. This locking compound fluoresces under UV light. This makes it easy to check the quality of the bond.
