Long description
All-round two-component repair adhesive, polyurethane based, for repairs on damaged plastic parts such as scratches or holes in bumpers, spoilers and mudguards. It can be easily applied with a corresponding hand gun and a suitable static mixer. This product has excellent sandability, is repaintable with all automotive paint systems and an OEM specified repair solution.

Product details
  • Processing time: approx. 10 minutes
  • It is recommended for holes larger than 5cm in diameter, scratches deeper than 1mm and cracks longer than 7cm.
  • Use Teroson 150 plastic primer for optimum adhesion
Application range
  • For bonding and repairing all kinds of plastic
  • For use in combination with Terokal 150 for adhesion to most common plastics
  • Use of Terotex Super 3000 for OE reworking (structure)
  • Not suitable for plastic tanks (fuel) and radiators
Properties
  • So that there are no marks left, the machined areas must be dried for 5 minutes using IR at 60°C to 70°C
  • Can be ground extremely well when dry
  • Product basis: 2K-polyurethane
