Long description
The calving sensor registers the moment the cow is about to calve and notifies via e-mail and on the phone via app or text message. The device is attached to the tail three to four days before the due date and measures the specific way the tail moves at the moment of contraction. At that point, there will be a notification via the free Breed Manager app. If these movements continue, a second message is sent indicating high activity and it is immediately known that calving has begun. In the Breed Manager app, all animal data can be entered such as insemination dates, due dates, calving events and calving details. The sensor gives peace of mind, overview and saves a lot of time and costs.
