Long description
The versatile VOSS hand pump is well-equipped to tackle various maintenance tasks, especially in difficult locations. Thanks to its lowered sides, it can be firmly clamped in a vice, or screwed directly to the workbench. Changing tool sets is a simple process. Settings and a pressure gauge ensure accurate mounting results. The 80 N3 acts as a portable pre-assembly unit for cutting rings, flare cone collars and collar cones.

  • Pre-assembly of cutting rings, flare cones and collar cones on hydraulic tube
  • Suitable for steel and stainless steel pipes with an outer diameter of 6 - 42mm
  • Suitable for : VOSS Ring M, 2S VA, ES-4, ES-4 VA , BV-10, ZAKO
  • The device is clamped in the vice before use
  • Choice of pre-assembly sleeve and counter plate depending on pipe outer diameter
  • Assembly by pumping on the mounting handle
  • During the assembly process, the working piston moves along with the pre-assembly connector and centres the pipe, cutting ring and union nut in relation to each other
  • In the final stage of feeding, the cutting edge of the cutting ring enters the pipe and a visible material accumulation occurs
  • Counter holder and pre-assembly base to be ordered separately : 80N2-VM… and 80N2-TP…
