Elastic pipe connector ERV type CR (black) with rotating steel flanges
Application range
  • Process water, waste water, sewage sludge, slurry and other biomasses
  • They differ only in the material of the rubber bellows from the ERV special types with the coloured rings. As a result, the media and temperature resistance is limited. As regards the normal water, environment and ageing resistance, as well as the noise and vibration damping and the permitted range of movement, they are comparable with the ERV special types

  • The rubber compensators are supplied ready for installation
  • Additional seals are usually not necessary
Technical info
  • The information for the permitted range of movement applies to temperatures up to 50°C. At operating temperatures of 70°C, the permissible utilisation level is 80%
  • The value "max. torque (Nm)" indicates the maximum tightening torque of the flange bolts
