Long description
A bellow accumulator is an accumulator that uses a rubber bellow as a partition between the gas and liquid. This accumulator comes pre-charged. Kramp is able to supply the accumulator at your desired pre-charge. The following pre-charges can be used as a guideline: preventing chattering pipes with a pre-charge of 95% of the operating pressure and, as an energy reservoir, a pre-charge of 90% of the operating pressure should be maintained.

  • Fit the accumulators vertically with the gas valve pointing upwards
  • Fill with nitrogen only
  • The volume indicator indicates the total volume (V0) of the accumulator
  • The initial stressing pressure must not exceed 90% of working pressure
  • From 1000cm³, accumulators are provided with the CE marking.
